There is so much more to Rovaniemi than Santa Claus, on this package we will take you far away from the bustle of the city, as you enter a wilderness retreat, a hidden gem located only 15 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from downtown Rovaniemi. At Vaattunki you will have easy access to cross country skiing paths, a variety of excursions, a peaceful retreat and of course a visit to Santas village. Vaattunki offers accommodation to suit everyone, from the Panorama huts (suitable for max 3 guests) to the more spacious and newly renovated riverside suites (suitable for 4 guests), for that extra comfort, we recommend the new Arctic deluxe rooms (suitable for 2 guests) or the Aurora cabin igloo (suitable for 4 guests).

DAY ONE
Arrival at Rovaniemi airport and transfer by private vehicle to Vaattunki resort. The resort is located only 15 minutes from Rovaniemi airport. Off the main road, you will turn onto a side road that will take you to a river and located there you will find the hidden gem of Vaattunki. Accommodation is varied and suitable for singles, couples or families. Dinner is included.
DAY TWO
Breakfast is served onsite in a traditional restaurant. Enjoy today at leisure, we can recommend a variety of different tours, from ice floating, ice karting, snowmobiling or mushing your own pack of huskies. This evening, dinner at Vaattunki is included.
DAY THREE
Breakfast is included and served at the onsite restaurant. Enjoy your time, simply by taking in the nature around you and relaxing, or if you prefer, we will gladly assist with our recommendations to fill your day; try out snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice fishing or maybe the thrill of a husky adventure? Dinner included and served onsite in the restaurant.
DAY FOUR
Breakfast is included and served at the onsite restaurant. On today’s agenda is a visit to Santa Claus village, a shuttle to and from Vaattunki has been arranged. At Santa Claus village, you can do some shopping, send a postcard from Santa’s post office and an absolute must, and already included is a visit to Snowman World. This is the most fun and exhilarating snowy playground located on the Arctic circle. We guarantee that your inner child will be released as you enjoy ice skating, icy slides and much more. Lunch options, such as Santamus or the Snow restaurant are available -payable on the spot. Dinner at Vaattunki is included.
DAY FIVE
After breakfast a shuttle transfer will take you to Rovaniemi airport for your departure according to your itinerary.
