23 December: Arrival in Rovaniemi
Upon arrival at Rovaniemi Airport or train station, a pre-arranged transfer will be provided to Hotel Metsähirvas. Surrounded by snow-covered forest, this intimate and welcoming hotel sets the perfect tone for the days ahead. Upon check-in, a welcome drink will be served, followed by a three-course dinner in the hotel restaurant. Overnight stay at Hotel Metsähirvas.
24 December: Christmas Eve Adventures
After breakfast, guests will be outfitted with thermal winter clothing before setting off on a full-day winter adventure combining snowmobiling and husky sledding. Lunch will be served during the excursion. The evening will feature a special festive dinner at the hotel, where a visit from Santa Claus is anticipated – a magical moment for children and a nostalgic highlight for adults. Overnight stay at Hotel Metsähirvas.
25 December: Santa’s Village & Ice Swimming
Following breakfast, a transfer will be arranged to Santa Claus Village, where guests can enjoy festive cheer and explore Snowman World (entrance included). Time will be provided for independent exploration and seasonal shopping. In the afternoon, guests will return to the hotel, where a 1.5-hour session of barrel sauna and ice swimming will be available. Dinner will be served at the hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel Metsähirvas.
26 December: A Day to Personalise
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. This day is at leisure and can be tailored to individual interests. Options may include ice karting, reindeer sleigh rides, or a visit to Ranua Wildlife Park. Another session of barrel sauna and ice swimming will be available for those who wish to relax in traditional Finnish style. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Metsähirvas.
27 December: Departure
After breakfast, a transfer will be arranged to Rovaniemi Airport or train station according to individual travel plans.
