Bodø & Lofoten Winter Adventure

Day 1: Arrival in Bodø
Upon arrival at Bodø Airport, a transfer to the hotel will be provided. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city or relax at the hotel. Accommodation at a countryside hotel in Bodø.

Day 2: RIB Safari & Art Walk
After breakfast, the day begins with a RIB boat safari to Saltstraumen, the world’s strongest tidal current, with the possibility of spotting sea eagles along the way. In the afternoon, a guided walk through Bodø’s vibrant street art scene is included. Accommodation in a countryside hotel in Bodø.

Day 3: Journey to Ørnes
After breakfast, travel south to the Helgeland coast and the island of Ørnes. The next two nights will be spent in a traditional rorbu cabin, surrounded by Arctic nature. Accommodation in Ørnes.

Day 4: Northern Lights Hunt
The day is free to enjoy Ørnes at leisure. In the evening, a guided Northern Lights tour will take guests away from light pollution to increase the chances of experiencing this magical natural phenomenon. Accommodation in Ørnes.

Day 5: Travel to Lofoten
After returning to Bodø, the journey continues by fast ferry to the Lofoten Islands. Two nights of accommodation in a traditional fisherman’s cabin in Svolvær are included. Accommodation in Svolvær.

Day 6: Lofoten Photo Tour
After breakfast, a full-day guided photo tour reveals some of the most beautiful and dramatic landscapes in Lofoten. Accommodation in Svolvær.

Day 7: Return to Bodø
An early morning ferry takes guests back to Bodø for one final night at the Wood Hotel. A visit to the heated rooftop pool is highly recommended. Accommodation in Bodø.

Day 8: Departure
Breakfast will be served at the hotel before a transfer to Bodø Airport, scheduled in accordance with departure times.
